Hi,

This vehicle isn't offered in the US, but I will try my best to help. Do you know which wire it was that touched the positive terminal? Also, have you checked fuses? Often times, this type of event will blow a fuse. I'm not 100% sure on your vehicle, but many vehicles have fuses specific to the ignition. That is where I would start checking. Also, if you could upload pics of the wire in question and where it is going, it may help me.

Here are a few links that may help you:

Let me know what you find or if yo have other questions. Also, if you know which wire this happened with, it may help me provide better directions.

Take care,
Joe
