1997 Dodge Caravan instrument cluster

Nothing works on cluster(speedo, tach, fuel temp) I removed the cluster and soldered the pin connectors again. Nothing- went to junkyard and bought another circuit board from another dodge- nothing- did the battery disconnect- nothing replaced the 10 amp fuse in the pdc like some have said -nothing- checked all the fuses -nothing-were do I go next? Iam the original owner and this had never happened before.

Will have to check. I did not have any reason to suspect I wasn't.

If you are getting power, chances are the cluster is bad.
