Engine Shuts off while driving acts as if ignition key was turned off?

While idling or driving, acts as if ignition key was turned off. Has to sit awhile before it starts. Sometimes acts as if no battery, will not even light up the dash lights or dome light, battery fully is charged to. Sometimes it will start when driving if you put it in neutral. Sometimes that is.

This sounds like you have a bad connection at the battery which will cause the problem you have described.
