I keep getting the insufficient egr flow code. I have replaced the egr valve. I have great vacuum at the manifold. I have cleaned the maf sensor. I have had the code cleared and the car will run fine and get great mileage then the light will come back on a few days later and then the mileage goes bad. The car runs fine! I am out of ideas. I have also tried the Seafoam additive and a new air filter. This is driving me nuts!

Have you checked to see what the new code is. Let me know what it is, and ill see what I can do to help you. One tip of advise do not clean a maf sensor. Usually they go bad after you clean them.

I just had it checked again tonight and the code is the same. I had the kid clear the code and everything is fine again. I wrote down the mileage this time just to see how many miles I'll get before it comes on again.
