I have a 2003 chevy Impala that have been giving me problems with starting for the last couple of months. I have to have my foot on the gas in order to get the car started and keep my foot on the gas for a while. Then sometimes it will still cut off while I am driving. This weekend the car completely stoped starting. It would not do anything the power went completely out and I could not even let the window up. I had the battery checked and replaced but the car still will not start. Pep boys does not know what the issue could be. They think for some reason there is no power going to the starter. Please can anyone help me?

Hello, I can help you test the crank circuit, if the starter won't crank. Check fuses in left I/p fuse block, pcm crank fuse-- abs pcm fuse, both should be hot with key in the crank position, not only check the fuse, check that the circuits are hot, when they should be, if that checks out, do some testing at the crank relay, under the hood.
