Hi, I'm experiencing some grinding in first and my car really seems to dislike going in to reverse. I'm in a smaller town and have had difficulty with the mechanics down here. I'd like to have an idea of what's wrong with my car before I take it in to them.
Thanks
Emmy

Since Automatic transmissions are computer controlled, I need to know if your check engine light is on, and if you have any way of having the codes read? After you get them, write em down and post them...this will help narrow the problem down, but grinding is not good....I do know there is a Tech bulliten on the valve bodies on these cars, they changed the entire valve body...
