1992 Chevrolet Astro Repair Question

Astro van - 92' 261cid

No heat, what could be the problem - have plenty coolant and when I'm running it heats up but when I come to a stop it blow's cold again

i'd suspect the thermostat is stuck open. replace it and it should be fine.
