Hello,

There are few reasons of why the brake pedal goes to the floor.
It could be due to air in the brake lines, low on fluid, leak in the brake system or a bad master cylinder.

Air in the brake line is one of the most common causes. Especially after a brake service. Let's say if the caliper or the hose were replaced, this will allow air into the brake lines. Then if the brake system does not get bled properly it will have air trapped and cause the pedal to go to the floor.

If the pedal still goes to the floor after the bleeding, then the issue is likely a bad master cylinder and will need replacement.
