Backfires

First crank it up. It runs fine. Seems like the more you drive it. Or hotter it gets. It starts to idle ruff in gear. Then losses power. Causing you to give more throttle. Then pops and sputters. Eventually backfiring out tailpipe

It sounds like you are losing the fuel pump. Lets start by checking the fuel pressure. Here is a guide to help us get started. If you do not have a fuel pressure gauge you can rent one for free at the auto parts store.
