I have a 2011 BMW 328 Xi with auto trans. It has 10,000 miles. The problem is that the throttle responce is very unpredictable. It stumbles, hesitates, and doesn't go when you want. I see this mentioned on the internet but with no good fix. It drives better in Drive Sport trans mode. The dealer told me that the engine runs 500 rpm faster there. Is there something that can be done?

i would look at basics first. check fuel pressure, spark and look at plugs and coils. it may have to be scoped to see the secondary patterns

The N52 motor has some issues around stumbling and poor throttle response. Have you complained to the dealer with this issue yet? Do this before you go too far, it is still covered under warranty.
