Hello,

Now my wifes BMW 328i 2007 has some weird noises.

I have weird noise when accelerating and when parked and I rev car up.
It makes this growling noise like marble in the engine only between ~1200 ~1800 rpm warm or cold any idea what could be the issue.?

Noises are never easy to detect online and from symptom description, it can range from valve train to piston/bearing noises. It could also be due to chain noises.

Is the engine oil level correct?

For such problems, it is best to get professional advice as the person attending to you should be able to ascertain where the noise is coming from.
