Car was working fine night before but will not start in morning. Checked fuses all are fine. Check to see if gas pump is working and it is starter seems to be working but car will still not start. Please advise on other possible issues.

See if there is fuel pressure at the fuel rail, there is a schraeder valve on the rail, pop it open and see if there is fuel pressure.
