2006 Toyota Other Starting

Car has to be cranked 4 to 5 times before it will start in the morning. It will then run fine but many times it will be difficult to start after engine is shut down - after driving for many miles or hours - and attempt made to start it again. Checks were made on fuel pump and found to be OK - confirmed by the fact that vehicle will run at high speeds and able to go up-hill easily.
Engine check light does not come on.
This 'non-starting' occurs at random.

Thanks for the suggestions - Computer scan gave no error codes; fuel filter not blocked (checked 4 days ago). Note that the vehicle runs 'Normal' once it starts, but has difficulty restarting when shut down or in the mornings. It actually starts in the morning after cranking 4-5 times but after shut off and attempt to restart it will not start for 1 to 4 hours of intermittent cranking.

Do what I've stated in previous reply. Can't give any specs cause you didn't give a model

Thank you.
FYI - the model is "NOAH/VOXY" made for the Japanese domestic market and exported to Australia, Africa and some other Asian countries - it is not exported to the US.
