I have a 2011 toyota innova automatic 2.0L gasoline

The engine having a hard time cranking, I replaced the car battery and check the fuel pressure, stays at 39 psi stable. But when cranking, it's really hard to start sometimes it fails to start, the starter motor is fine since I just replaced it after a flood.

Please help thanks

You answered your own question probably the ecm is shot due to the flood. Cars are junked after being in a flood. Scan for codes and check fuel pressure with a gauge. You may need an adapter for this however.

The water doesn't flood inside the car, so ecu is ok, and using a code scanner the only code is my abs system has the problem. I have my abs problem a long time ago, no code for engine faults

We don't know model of your car but fuel pressure for a corolla is 44.1-49.7 so your fuel pump is probably bad

It`s toyota kijang innova, rare find tho, fuel pressure in the manual book says should be around 35-44. Mine has 39 so fuel pump is ok by the results. Or is cause of a bad injectors? I can' t check injectors?

We have no info on this car so I went with I thought may be comparable. You can test injectors for resistance otherwise you might try a having them professionally cleaned. Normal ohm resistance on these is anywhere from 11-16 ohms but Toyota spec may be different which we don't have for that vehicle. Try resetting your security system see if that makes a difference it may. If no manual look online. I have no other suggestions.
