I am trying to fix a check engine light, DTC code p0441. I checked gas cap and it seals.

I sent you the flow chart. Evap codes are never easy and require a smoke machine, scan tool and voltmeter. Diaging it from here is only a guess as these readings we need to help you. Thats why you pay for a real diag to determine the failure. It is cheaper than throwing parts at it and not fixing it.
