Had it tested code came back bbevap emission canister clogged probable cause blocked evap canister clogged is the air filter?

I'm not sure I understand your question. The evap canister has nothing to do with the air filter. I believe it is located near the fuel tank on your year vehicle. Make sure there are no damaged hoses going to it from the fuel tank.
