my check engine light came on and I know that it could be a 02 sensor, leaking gas cap or maybe a cat. converter problem (most common problems) would it be covered under my warranty?

there could be numerous reasons for the CEL showing ... have the vehicle plugged into a diagnostic computer to locate the cause of the fault .. the gas cap/02 sensor/catalytic convertor are generally not covered under warrenty
