Wierd tick-tock sound coming from behind dashboard

I disconnected the large white connector on top of the box. The clicking is gone, but the stereo and A/C are dead. I guess they are sharing a circuit? Now what?

Also, the power windows don't work and on the dash the engine, ABS, and brake lights are on. Plus, when I turned the key off and removed it from the ignition, the engine kept running for about 10 seconds and shuddered a bit before stopping. Maybe it's not an alarm after all?

Thats sure looks like a aftermarket alarm module to me. What does it say on the module is there a brand name?Model number etc?

It appears to be an Audiovox PRO9801 alarm and remote starter. Maybe I just need to figure out how to disarm it or if possible remove it altogether.

Had a feeling there was a remote starter in there somewhere look at the wires going to the ignition switch and see which wires they taped into?
