Chrysler Pacifica Door Problem
Why does a light flash on dash even when everything is turned off and locked?

Which light? You might be seeing the theft system light telling you it's armed. Try locking the doors with the key, not the power lock button or the remote. Those two things turn the alarm on. Manually locking the doors from the inside knob or outside key doesn't.
