Not sure whats wrong
2001 chevy blazer automatic 4wd, sprat clutch and transmission was rebuilt about 4 years ago. Now while in drive if pushing gas the vehicle, will slowly pull out and slowly gain speed with difficulting changing gears. If you pull out in low 1 and shift to drive 2 then up to 3 to drive it will pull out but will not pull out in drive.

sounds like it's not starting in low when you select drive?

Have it scanned for codes, mainly transmission codes. Check the condition and level of the trans fluid. Also check trans fluid pressure.
