WHEN YOU PUT YOUR FOOT ON THE GAS PEDAL THE RPMS WILL ONLY REV UP TO ABOUT 2 RPMS AND THE CAR WILL START TO SHAKE AND JERK LIKE IT IS ABOUT TO STALL. THE CAR WILL NOT ACCELERATE RAPIDLY WHAT SO EVER. IF YOU PUT YOUR FOOT EVER SO SLIGHTLY ON THE GAS PEDAL THE CAR WILL VERY SLOWLY START TO ACCELERATE. I HAVE PUT IN A BRAND NEW FUEL PUMP AND O2 SENSOR BANK 1. ANY IDEAS AS TO WHAT MAY BE WRONG AND WHAT TO TRY?

ThIS HAPENS WHEN THE CAR IS IN drive AND YES THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS ON. WHEN I BROUGHT THE CAR TO AUTO ZONE AND HOOKED IT UP TO THEIR SO CALED "diagnostic" machine the codes that came back were for the o2 oxygen sensor bank 1 sensor 1 which we replaced and this code still comes up and for multiple random misfires.

When was your last full tune up? Plugs and wires etc.

Did you buy that 02 sensor at autozone?

Multi missfires are either wires, coil packs if you have more than 1 and injectors this would also throw off the 02 sensor, since it is on bank 1 side for the 02 sensor your prob is on that side
