Car was overheated, changed the radiator, and engine gaskets, but now the car is not starting, ignition is OK but not starting

Is the Check Engine Light indicating?
Have you tested for presence of sparks, fuel pressure etc?
Is the timing chain installed and timed correctly?
Have you tried using a diferent key, immobilizer transponder in key might not be working correctly.
