2000 Nissan Maxima Pulley Problem?

When I start my car I hear a slight wining noise coming form the side of the engine where the pulley is located, when I drive it I notice a little smoke coming from the same side of the engine. Any idea?

Check for oil spillage on exhaust manifold and may be anti freeze where you see the leak, then get it pressure checked for a leak. The pulley may be the belt an dtensioner, recommended replacement is 60,000 for both.
