2000 Nissan Maxima no start

Is it possible that the anti-theft system is shutting down the power to PCM. I do have fuel pump action and smell gas but no electrical. No power to spark plugs. I thnk I can hear the injectors pulseing.

No power to spark plugs.

No snapping blue spark continue to troubleshoot the ignition system-power input to the coil/coil packs, distributor pick-up coil, ignition control module, cam and crank sensors- Note: If it doesn't apply disregard it
