My Eclipse is the non turbo 2.0 engine. I have had Altenator issues and have replaced it. Then the wire going back to charge the battery became loose, I then had to replace the wire. Now as I was driving the car it shut down on me. No warning lights came on, did not even sputter, it just shut down. I didn't even know the engine was off until I went to turn it. Thought it was the coil pack, which I have replaced. Still will not start. The engine trys to crank over, so its not the starter. Was getting spark from the plug wires and getting 12 volts going to the coil pack when I crank the engine over.
