1996 Pontiac Grand Am Repair Question

Car won't start. It will turn over, but won't fire. Only getting a P0141 code. What do I do?
I put my hand over the muffler and it is blowing air.

This code is an oxygen sensor code. If the oxygen sensor is bad it might be causing too much fuel going into the engine. This could cause your problem.
I would start by getting this code fixed.
