I think so.I can feel the clicking behind blower motor.I can feel doors openong and closing, but motor acts like it wont stop trying to open or close. Does it have a limit switchor what tells it to stop?

So if you change from recirculation to open air does the noise change? It sounds like you may have a broken recirculation door shaft. The recirculation door uses a actuator that depends on the resistance of the door when it reaches its stop toshut off.

Yes. It sounds like it changes tones and locations. Had to change fan switch. Burnt pin reversed polarity in switch
