If you do the work yourself, the part, is the only cost. Otherwise about 200 bucks.

1 02 sensor about 60 bucks. I looked at Napa online partsbook. No, it isn't hard to replace.

First you take the old one off. You have at least two, one before the cat, the other after. If you have a basic set of tools, wrenches and sockets and your handy around your vehicle, you shouldn't have a problem. The autostores should be able to get you the proper tools for removing the 02 sensor.
