I have vacuum sucking through the place where you screw the oil cap in and through the dip stick housing but all the actual vacuum ports are working too. I replaced the upper and lower intake manifold gaskets and the ploblem still assist. What can I do to fix this problem?

I had already checked for suction in the valve and also rechecked after you told me to. Yes it does have pretty good suction from there.

Whats going on is that when the car is running, there isn't any oil on the dip stick at all and runs fine with a sound like theres no oil in the engine but when I take the oil filler cap off, it runs with a miss and I get plenty of oil on the dip stick without the sound that I explained above.

Think what is happening is no filtered air is entering crankcase. The PVC pulls air out causing vacuum while filtered air is drawn in the crankcase. Find a hose that should come from air snorkle after air filter and goes to valve cover see if it is restricted.

There isn't a hose running to any of the valve covers and no port for one. And the pcv valve is located on the upper intake manifold with a sensor that locks in over it.
