Rough idle

I have a 1995 ford explorer, 82,000 miles. It is idling rough and misses up to atleast 45 mph. Seems to run fine at highway speeds. Any idea what to check or replace first?

3.Lack of compression
4.False air leakage.
5.Faulty fuel injectors.
6.Insufficient fuel pressure.

9.Oxygen sensors.
10.Throttle position sensor.
11.Manifold absolute pressure sensor
12.Mass Airflow Sensor
