1994 Mazda b2200 Repair Question

Smokes for a few mins on start then stops idles ok but runs like its missing
When I start in the morning it smokes bad for about ten mins then stops it idles ok but when I drive it gets very rough like running three cyl

If the smoke is grey (bluish) it is oil being burnt in the cylinders and that could mean bad valve seals.
If the smoke is white, that would be water and it could be condensation or a bad head gasket.
Do you have coolant losses issues?
Have you checked your spark plugs and related components?
