My steering wheel only turns right one and a quarter turns and stops compared to turning left two and a half turns as it should. Any idea what it is?

Hi,

Has there been any front end work done to the vehicle recently? Also, have you checked to make sure there is nothing stopping the wheels from turning? Is there anything bent as far as a drag link, tie rod, and so on?

Let me know.

If nothing appears damaged, there is a chance that the steering gear was replaced, not centered, and then aligned that way. Does anything appear to be new under the vehicle?

I've seen some vehicles too the steering wheel being repaired but not aligned. Lift the front wheels and have someone to watch them as you turn the steering wheels.

That's a good idea. See if there is anything binding or hitting.

Let us know what you find.
