When you turn the key all you hear is a clicking noise. Have replaced the battery. Had taken off the starter and had it checked and was told it was good.

Can you upload a short video of the noise so I can hear it? You can upload here in your response. We should make sure the engine is not locked up, this video can help you:

Being a Chrysler and especially a Libby I would look at the grounds, there is one from the battery to the lower left of the engine block and one to the body, the one to the body is very susceptible to corrosion. It is located near the battery. Remove the nut, clean up the area and the cable, reinstall. See if it does more than click The one on the block is a bolt, it corrodes because it's a copper eyelet, between a steel bolt going into an aluminum block. I try to save them but usually the bolt breaks off. Not really a problem as there are a few other places you can bolt it to on the engine.
