Will not start

The vehicle wont start unless it's jumped off and even when that happens the alarm goes off and prevents it from starting properly. What do you think?
Also the electrical windows don't work and there is an after market stereo in the vehicle that works. What you think?

Good morning,

This sounds like a low voltage from the battery.

I would start by charging the battery to 12.6 volts and then start it.

Then I would check the charging system to see if the alternator is working.
