4RUNNER WON'T START. REPLACED THE STARTER, STARTER RELAY SWITCH AND BATTERY. WHEN I TURN THE KEY JUST HERE ONE CLICK SOULD FROM THE STARTER. CHECKED ALL FUSES, ALL ARE GOOD. CHECKED THE RESISTANCE IN THE POWER AND GROUND WIRES. DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO NEXT, CAR WON'T JUMP EITHER.

The symptoms are pointing to a bad starter assuming you have already verified all the cable connections and battery capacity.

AFTER I REPLACED THE STARTER I WAS ABLE TO GO ON 3 LOCAL TRIPS WHERE I STARTED AND STOPPED THE ENGINE WITH NO PROBLEM. ON THE 4TH TRIP THEN IT STARTED ACTING UP AGAIN, JUST HEAR 1 CLICKING SOUND FROM THE STARTER WHEN I TURN THE KEY.

That's sounding more like it was cable connections somewhere.
