Will not start

No noise at all when turning key over, no click or anything. Truck has sat for over a year unused, replaced battery and connectors. Still nothing (engine will turn manually).

Hello, I'm Danny.

It sounds like after the truck sitting for a while the starter motor/solenoid is frozen defective.If you remove the starter motor/solenoid assembly most auto parts stores will test for free. Here is a tutorial showing what is involved:

Sometimes to help freeing it after sitting so long is to have someone tap on it with a hammer while you're trying to crank it over.Hope this helps and thanks for using 2CarPros.
