Wont start

Car wont start the starter just clicks but the battery and the starter have Benn tested and passed. All lights inside and out work. Turn the key and click so I cleaned the termainls on the starter and battery and the engine ground point and to the frame. Still just click. Could some one please help?

What's clicking when you try to start it?Do you have a multi meter to do some testing?

The silonoid clicks once no but I would get one

Make sure your getting battery voltage at the pupil wire to the starter while trying to start it?
