Ran fine next day wouldn't start cranks but wont start it cranks but one wire to injector is hot but the other one isn't would this cause it not to start?

That other wire the driver circuit of the computer pulses it-in other words it applys the ground so that the injector will come On

Just try resetting security system instead of doing dumb things like rewiring. If it doesn't work what i'm sending then check online for your car.
