Engine wont run

Yes it sat a while. Emptied fuel tank, line gas filter, spark plugs, pretty new fuel pump, located in fuel tank and a new battery. It just wont completely turn over. Put few ounces of gas in carburetor. It tried to run but it acts like it is not getting gas to carburetor. Been a strong running van until this. Thank you

It sounds like you have a timing issue, can you please do a compression test to see if the engine is okay then we can get started testing.
