Engine cranks but will not start

Unfortunately, we don't have a manual on this vehicle as it is a large commercial vehicle, and they don't provide that in All Data online manual. So that means we are going to have to apply basic diesel engine diagnostic tactics in order to figure this out.

So that means we need to start with checking to see if this is fuel related by using ether in the intake and see if the engine fires.

If it doesn't then we need to check the compression.

Basically, if we have compression and fuel the engine should fire.
