Crank it up, put in drive the engine revs up, then after a few seconds it will jump in drive and go about a foot then won't go anymore.

I would check the transmission fluid level first, this guide will show you how:

Here are more instructions for your car, looks for transmission fluid leaks as well. Check out the images (below). Let us know how it goes.

OMGOSH. This is aggravating us to the max. We cannot find any leeks. Put it over cardboard for 2 days and nothing on the cardboard. The lady said she had a man to change fluid in it and he only put back 6 quarts. So we checked it and added 1 more gallon. It finally moved in drive after turning it off then starting it back then putting it in drive. It would go about 5 ft n no more till u turned it off back on n in drive. We did this about 8 times n parked it. Also it will not move in reverse at all. Any more suggestions?

If the transmission was run 4 quarts low then it could have burned it up. Can you check the fluid to see if it smells burnt? Also, I would run the codes to see if any transmission related issues are stored. This guide can help:

Please go over this guide and get back to us.
