When I turn the key I hear the buzzing sound telling me the key is in the ignition and the lights and stuff work. So battery is good but it will not crank or turnover.

Good morning.

Do not assume the battery is good. It takes very little current to make the accessories work. It takes a lot of current to make the starter work.

Check the battery with your voltmeter. It should read 12.6 volts. If it does not, charge it and retest.

It sounds like you have a low battery.
