I have a new battery and power to everything, but it won't crank.

Hello, sorry to hear about this issue. Is this an Automatic transmission? and does it have Remote Keyless entry system? Ive run into this problem before on a Saturn. It was the security system/remote keyless entry system preventing the Starter Relay from energizing. I had to bypass the system.

It is an automatic no keyless entry.

Okay, sorry for the slow response. will the vehicle start in Neutral instead of Park?
The starting system for this car goes from the Ignition switch, which then powers up the Starter Relay, the Relay is controlled completely from the Ignition Switch, the relay has a ground wire below the driver's front seat. It's a yellow wire with a black stripe (yellow/black). That's a body ground you'll want to check. it should be bolted to the frame under the seat and should be pretty visible. The relays power goes back through the Fuse panel under the hood. (I will put up a wiring diagram to show you all of this.) From there it's a purple wire that goes to the Park/Neutral Position Switch, (which is on top of the Transmission). This is protection so the vehicle can't be started in gear.
Then from the Park/Neutral switch to the Starter itself which has a Starter Solenoid on top of it which engages the Starter. It's actually a very simple circuit. What I do is using an automotive test light (a 12volt test light) I connect the Test lights clip to the battery Negative if you can reach and have someone try to crank the engine over and see if the test light lights up bright at the Starter motor. If you're just getting a loud click out of the starter motor most likely it needs replacement. But if you have no power down at the Starter. Then you would start working your way back from there.
So, you say you have power everywhere, what and how have you checked? I'm just trying to get an idea of what you have for testing equipment.
