Replaced alternator, positive and negative cables. Still will not charge.

Did you maybe do a jump start and accidentally cross up the jumper cables (even for a split second)?
Check fuses and fusible links.
With a cheap handheld digital voltmeter ($5.00 at Harbor Freight) check out this link from "Repair Guides" at the top of our pages.
