Windshield wipers not working properly

My windshield wipers only work when I press on it to wash the windshield and even then the liquid doesn't come out. I've changed the fuse but no change, I'm not sure what else to do since I live in Houston and it rains often.

This could be a number of things but the likely issue on your vehicle is a front SAM module issue. The reason is there is a circuit board on the SAM module that controls each of these functions.

The way to confirm this is we need a scan tool capable of monitoring the SAM so that we can see if the switch input is being recognized by the SAM. If it sees no switch input then the switch could be the issue but I suspect you will have the switch input and that means we need to check and make sure there is no voltage coming out of the SAM. If not then the SAM is the issue.
