Wipers do not work on the high setting

All other settings work. When I start car wipers swing once.

Good morning,

I attached a diagram for you to view.

The first thing you need to do is to check the yellow wire going to the wiper motor for power when you command high speed operation. You will need a test light or volt meter to do this test.
