Window regulator an stereo get no power

My window regulators do not work unless I jump the wires to make them go up and down.I have isolated the wires that controls them so they are getting power as well as my stereo. I have to leave a jump wire in to make my stereo work. I have bought new switches and they light up so I know power is getting to. I just cannot figure out what the problem is. I changed every fuse an relay, the mirrors work the locks switch works, just the ones to my window motor for some. I have a test light I clip to the hot wire and poke the other wire an when I hit the switch the light comes on an windows roll up. I take the rest light off then they do not work. I tried six different new switches an the same results. Weird. Picture is the jumper I use for the stereo to work, the other pictures are my widow up an down jumping. Only way I can get my stuff to work.

There is an accessory delay relay that wound like it is not working. Here is a guide to help you test the relay along with the repay location and the wiring diagrams for the windows and radio so you can see how the system work:
