My window is on a delay so I have to hold the drivers window down for 5 minutes then it comes down. I wanted to know if it is a bad fuse?

If it was a fuse, it would not work at all.
There is a signal sent from the drivers switch to the body control module. The body control module sends a signal back to the drivers switch for the motor to operate in the commanded position.
You need a advanced scan tool to monitor the window signals from the switch to the body control module and to the window motors.
It could be the switch itself, which is a module, the body control module or wiring.
