My window is down motor won't work. How do I test my motor when it has ten wires on it?

See if you have power at the red and white ring. Here is a guide to help you and the window wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works:

No power to the red and white power to the red and yellow at the motor.

Can you check for power at fuse #38. here is a guide and the fuse location:
