Will not start with new battery ran previously

No dome light. No starter sound. New battery 600 cca. It ran okay, but it sat over winter. Noted no dome light or lights.

Check for voltage on various fuses. If it is missing, a good place to start is with the fuse link wires attached to the battery cable at the starter solenoid.
